Women in Tech: Transforming through the Pandemic

Progress on advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace in general has been slow. However, pre-existing inequalities or challenges for diverse groups including women have only been amplified by COVID-19.

Despite this, as economies re-open, and businesses adapt to a changing workplace, there are opportunities to build a more equitable and inclusive work environment to support all employees.
